mono caters to homeowners looking for full bespoke home designs while poly focuses on making well designed interiors more accessible with the concept of curated group-buy home designs for HDB BTO owners.
Our aim is to introduce a new group renovation approach to BTO owners by empowering homeowners who otherwise had been limited to separate individual renovations. With our curated designs, we can reduce material and design costs considerably via economies of scale - lowering the overall renovation price. We believe this new method of providing quality and cost-efficient renovations will give more Singaporeans access to comfortable, stylish homes.
